Every Vinastar Global employee is committed to customer service of the
highest quality. Our service standards are one manifestation of our
commitment to you, our customer. We anticipate your need for
information by providing you with precise, timely and detailed data
about your shipment. |
Pre-Alert |
Vinastar Global has issued a Pre-Alert to every customer for every
service order we have handled. The Vinastar Global Pre-Alert lets you
know when your shipment will be picked up, how it will travel to its
destination and when all key events will take place. The Pre-Alert
form presents shipping details at the top and carrier routing
particulars on the bottom. If you have specific data requirements, we
will customize our Pre-Alert form to meet those requirements. If as
the shipper or exporter, you want your consignee or buyer to receive
Vinastar Global status communications, we will provide them to you as
well as any others you designate.
We send you the Pre-Alert within two hours of booking your service
order. If you submit a service order near or after close of business,
we will transmit your Pre-Alert the next morning.
Vinastar Global sends its Pre-Alert by email or fax, whichever you
prefer. Because we generate shipping documents from our database, we
can email commercial invoices, packing lists, air waybills, ocean
bills of lading and other documentation. |
Confirmed On-Board
(COB) |
Vinastar Global will send you a COB notice after your shipment has
been loaded and the aircraft or ship has embarked. |
Revised Alert |
Vinastar Global will send you a Revised Alert should any routing or
carrier details change. Vinastar Global tracks all shipments and
issues Revised Alerts within 24 hours to inform you of changes and
their impact on the scheduled delivery of your shipment. |
Confirmed On-Hand (COH) |
When your shipment arrives at the destination port or airport,
Vinastar Global sends you a COH notice within 24 hours. |
Proof of Delivery (POD) |
If you have designated a recipient for your shipment, we will send you
a POD notice within 24 hours of its delivery and acceptance by the
consignee or buyer. |
